1. Introduction

Welcome to Sweet Peas Living. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By booking a stay with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Sweet Peas Hospitality Group is a brand managed by Gigimobile Group.

2. Bookings & Payments

Reservations made through our platform are subject to approval. For manual reservations, payment must be made via Bank Transfer (EFT) using the details provided on your invoice. Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received and verified.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

4. Guest Conduct & Rules

Guests are expected to treat our properties and the local community with respect. No smoking, no parties, and no unauthorized pets are permitted. Breakage or damage to property will be charged to the guest.

5. Liability

Sweet Peas living and its parent company, Gigimobile Group, shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, except where required by South African law.
